Are You Your Own Weather Channel?

Living on the Virginia coast, I keep close tabs on the weather this time of year for the possibility of a hurricane. I fixate on Jim Cantore the way other women obsess over George Clooney. Watching the Weather Channel makes me think that for those living with a middle-aged woman, it must be like watching that station 24/7.

For example, I've noticed a tropical depression will typically occur when trying on swimsuits at the beginning of each summer. This makes conditions favorable for a cloudburst with heavy precipitation in higher regions (eyes) which is almost always followed by a mudslide in dessert or cocktail form.

There are lots of other ways. To read about them, click here where I am guest blogging for the good folks at Lifescript.com and Health Bistro. Thanks for visiting! Hope you have a sunny weekend!

Painting is my artistic genius Vicki Bruner! My great friend and business partner in our card and giftware lines you can find at Bottman Design. Take a look at some of Vicki's other amazing work here.
